Spencer Field is closed indefinitely and is
NOT available on ANY day until further notice.

NAVY RULES: UPDATED 04 May, 2008
- Flying is only allowed on Weekends and
Authorized Holidays for members with a Navy facility license.
- If a full-scale airplane/ helicopter
approaches the field, ALL FLYING MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY, and everyone
must wait until the aircraft clears the area prior to resuming flight.
- All models must meet the IMAC noise
requirements to fly at Spencer Field. For info, contact a club officer.
- Noise complaints are a problem.
If you have a loud airplane, do not fly it at Spencer Field during the
weekdays. Better yet, get a GOOD muffler!
- All flyers must be members of a Club
with a Facility License. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- The Gate must always be locked.
If there are flyers at the field, you still must lock the gate behind you.
- Vehicles are no longer permitted on the
grass. Paved and gravel roads only.
- These rules MUST be followed.
